Our little trip up the coast is coming to an end, on our way home tomorrow 🏠 Last night of a 2 night stop in Eden, after stops along the way at Berry (really cute cool little town) and Ulludulla for 1 last bite of the best potato cakes ever! 🫓 Visited Merimbula today ✅ then discovered Eden. Fishing comp 🐠 🎣 on this week, so some nice boats around 🛥️ not to mention a cruise ship at the wharf 🚢 We learnt some fun facts about killer whales, and the best time to visit here is spring to see killer whales (orcas), southern right, humpbacks and other whales heading north 🐳🐋🦈and filled our bellies with fresh delicious oyster’s 😋 Next trip in the planning Kalgoorlie ⚒️ 🧨 via the Great Ocean Road 🛣️

So after hanging around in Taree for a couple of nights, always hopeful we would get to Lennox, the word from up north was not good 😕 So we turned around and headed back down south to Bulli. For a 3 night stay at our favourite park on the coast + happy special time, with special family friends ❤️ Cyclone (ex - tropical) Alfred won’t stop us next time 😳 In the meantime, in our happy place 🤍🤍

Our wonderful relaxing 9 days in Ulludulla has come to an end. Great company, weather, peaceful spot with plenty of things to do 🦐🏌🏼‍♂️🚶🏽‍♀️ ☀️ We decided to wing it, and head north and bunker down in Taree to see what Cyclone Alfred decides to do. Our thoughts are with the communities right in the eye of the storm and surrounding areas and hope he decides to head back out to sea 🌊

Nice to prop in the one place and not pack up and move, found a sweet spot to camp, and just look around, searching for fossils at Gondwana Coast Fossil walk, Scallop pies at Bateman’s Bay, tasting paddle at Cupitt winery and golf at Hilltop golf course Mollymook. Scored good good hot weather for most of the trip, and our very own outdoor cinema ✅☀️🐚🥧🍷🏌🏼‍♂️
