I've shot nearly 900 restaurants in and around Sydney. Probably 500 of those where asian foods of some kind, I've met so many lovely people from all over the planet... This restaurant at Bankstown, is called "Piitago", and it's the freshest and best Vietnamese I've encountered.

Restaurant number 540 something for Uber Eats - it’s now safe to say I am a veteran food photographer. I shot 19 restaurants just last week. I shoot for Uber and privately for menu work - get I touch for a quote.

350 restaurants, take away joints, cafes, bars and general eateries under my belt. I've shot for Uber Eats and Menulog most days of the week for the last 1.5 / 2 years.
Traveling across greater Sydney every day to diverse food locals from across the planet. This creates an interesting lesson - how to get consistent shots in every kind of light you might imagine, I've solved all these problems and more.

I'm available for menu work for all kinds of food, and product photography for any product, and of course still one of Sydney's leading portrait photographers and re-touchers.

Big Breakfast on the menu. Shot on location with new techniques to counter bad lighting problems, at the source. Or in English, shooting in day to day environments means light is different everywhere I go, so I’ve come up with new techniques to counter that. Love getting super consistent results no matter where I am - which is what you’d expect shooting in the studio of course, but now I can do that anywhere.

Sharing these as I’m super happy with the lighting achieved on location. It’s a tricky task shooting new places every day and controlling the light. Bouncing the strobe and reflectors are key.

This is one of about 20 shots delivered for my clients new website. The others where editorial style to be used online and on the web re my clients business. She also requested some nice headshots. I provided two finished headshots, this one and a mono one. Again this is shot on location with BRX lights with softbox, and a reflector. Graded in and finalised in .
Shot with an 5dmk4 and 70-300L - I believe..I swapped lenses a few times.
Also, I made a new friend that day.
