With Director at the helm, we recently had the pleasure of following three renowned chefs and food creators across the country as they sought out farm gates and local food suppliers for Lilydale Taste Trails. Accompanying in the Hunter Valley, in the Margaret River region and in the Yarra Valley, shooting this series was as fascinating and delicious as it was joyful.
