As I look back on my final sessions before maternity leave, it feels only right to share a little piece of my own journey too 🤍

Growing this little life while capturing so many of yours has been such a special season for me. I’m incredibly grateful to every client who trusted me with their moments, memories, and milestones during this time.
Your support means more than you know.

For now, I’m stepping away to soak up these last few weeks of just 2 before our newborn days and a step into motherhood. But this isn’t goodbye, just a little pause. I can’t wait to come back when the time is right and get back to doing what I love most: telling your stories through my lens.

Stepping outside my usual style for one of my final shoots before maternity leave, and honestly… this one felt different.

Growing a human is powerful. It’s raw. It’s primal. And yes…it’s sexy!

There’s something undeniable about a woman in her body, in her strength, in her softness, in her power.

Creation itself is the most powerful energy there is and this season deserves to be seen, felt, and celebrated. 🤍

Lately I’ve been carrying a little more than just my camera 🤍

Halfway through this season of life, 20 weeks along and learning to slow my pace, soak it all in, and listen to my body a little more than usual.

I want to say the biggest thank you to my incredible clients who’ve shown nothing but kindness and understanding with a few session changes and a slightly slower booking calendar. Y’all have truly reminded me why I love what I do and who I do it for.

This chapter looks a little different fewer long days, more rest, and a whole lot of gratitude. Still chasing golden light, still telling your stories, just doing it with a growing heartbeat close by 🤍

Thank you for sticking with me through every season this one just happens to be my sweetest yet. We are very excited to meet our little man in 2026.

There’s something about country light it wraps around love stories differently.

The breeze, the trees, the quiet hum of the earth all of it seems to pause when two souls meet right in the middle of it.

As I stood behind my camera, I wasn’t just capturing a kiss… I was capturing everything that led up to it. The laughter, the nerves, the vows whispered through tears, the way the sun dipped like it was giving its blessing.
I’ll never get tired of photographing love that feels this pure, this grounded, this real.

In the middle of endless canola blooms, we’re reminded that love, like farming, takes patience, care, and a whole lot of heart.

Out here, it’s just them, the land, and a love that keeps on growing.

A little reminder for anyone planning photos in the country: those beautiful fields aren’t just a backdrop they’re a farmer’s livelihood. Crops can be damaged so easily by people walking through without permission, and that’s food on someone’s table and income for their family.

I was so lucky and grateful to be welcomed into this canola field by the farmer himself, who gave us permission to capture these moments.

Always respect the land it’s worth more than just a pretty picture.
