I’ll keep it brief because I’ve had a lot on over the past week & I’ve had to shake off a cold before I go to work tomorrow.
To summarise, we turned out in decent numbers despite the wet weather (probably what made a mess of me when I got up)
More on Palestine but by extension, the Qld LNP Chrisafulli govt’s bats**t cray rules that aim to cripple the movement in Brisbane/Qld.
This comes as the Labor party on a state & federal level has proven themselves to be no better after Apartheid Albo & Mossad Minns invited war criminal Herzog to our shores, which was met with with backlash, which was met with police violence.

Good morning everyone except Herzog, Minns, Albo and you know what, there’s too big a list right now.
Apologies for the delay, again, but I have been under the pump when not behind the camera & just haven’t had the time to edit & post.
I don’t want to bang on but as you all know, Israeli president & war criminal Herzog was invited to our shores because Bondi (I know, it makes no sense to me either)
Before I continue, there is a snap action at Qld Parliament, I can’t make it but if you’re in the area it’s at Midday.
So it is my understanding that Sydney was more or less shut down for this visit with a massive red no-go zone, similar to what Brisbane had during the G20, except for the presence of one “guest”.
it is my understanding that authorities were rather heavy handed, setting onto people for little to no reason (this includes a group of Muslims praying without provocation)
MSM is already trying to paint protesters as thugs and police as victims, surprise surprise. I haven’t had much time to dip into the news, be it mainstream or alternate so yeah, discuss in comments maybe?
NSW premier is already bending at the knee for our war criminal guest. Our own Qld Premier David Crustyfool is already trying to place bans on phrases such as “From the river, to the Sea” without any real insight or education into what it means (which to anyone unfamiliar, is a call for liberation for inhabitants of the region between the Jordan River & the Mediterranean sea)
On top of banning phrases (which is honestly some 1984 s**t right there) there’s been mentions of banning other pro-Palestine symbols. The one post I saw I wasn’t too sure how serious or on point it was, but kuffiyehs, “Hamas” flags (y’know, Palestine flags)
tl;dr, symbols of support of the movement, because the world has woken up to the crimes against humanity perpetrated by Zioland.
Another LNP nut further abusing his powers, we’ve toppled one before, we’ll do it again.

So I managed to get the hook-up for a magnet link for this “Super Progressive Movie” just so I could pull apart, try and put together, realise it’s irredeemable then discard of. (yeah yeah, I’m a pirate, & I don’t want to give this cracker a cent)
I will say prior to jumping in, yes I will try and leave my bias at the door & yes I plan on failing there. Yes, I made this image prior to viewing because I know where I’m going to stand, yes, this .jpg is AI generated & yes it’s of a giant turd in the cartoon style of Peppa Pig meets South Park, which illustrates my take on the animation (Snarky Gherkin compared it to a powerpoint presentation stumbled into a movie, from the shorts I believe I will have a hard time arguing)
I’m going to be real & suggest I’m probably not going to say anything I haven’t said from watching the shorts or that short clip that blasted Bluey & Robert Irwin.
So far with this flick we’ve all seen Holly Valance become a parody of her former self; her song/video had the ‘humour’ & animation style of a blue haired wojak meme (if you’re trans/NB/gender non-conforming, do yourself a favour with this movie: DON’T)
So far I’ve made the assumption that Hanson just sat there with a notepad of every demographic she considers “woke” & decided to be as scathing and volatile to each of these groups as possible.
Will there be a story line? Will the script read like ChatGPT had a stroke? Will Fuhrer Hanson save farkin’ ‘straya, cunce?! Will there be a joke with a punchline or will it just be punching down on minorities?

Ok, so not nearly as callous as I was expecting but not for lack of trying;
Bud-Pfizer gave me a smile... bit cooker though. 25 minutes in we see the big cheese herself, as PM. More than happy to come off as a villain? Odd flex, Tries to paint her as a more heroic figure later on.
Blowing up Uluru? Ok, that’s desperate.
Greta Thunberg makes an appearance, wasn’t expecting that, probably should’ve, honestly from a cartoon of recycled jokes & based totally on edginess, could’ve done more, not mad it didn’t though.

So a good, honest review of Polly-Waffle Hanson's wannabe South Park cartoon is in, Snarky Gherkin sure has a way with words but it sounds worse than I thought, and I set the bar pretty fu***ng low.
I've iterated this in conversation already but I'll go on record with it again; being offensive for the sake of being offensive isn't comedy, it's not even funny and doesn't pretend to be (getting kicks out of cruelty or nastiness only makes one a bully)
South Park: famously quite offensive but actually has jokes, punchlines etc. Attacks anyone and everyone, nothing's off limits (whereas Hanson belittles marginalised people, South Park often swings at the big and powerful, or other household names)
And, to further iterate the article, its not triggering "woke lefties" because they're generally not watching it.
Bear in mind, knuckle draggers who insisted "Let's Go Brandon " was such a trigger were out in full force when we dare utter how moronic that actually was. (Congratulations, you found a juvenile way to say "f**k Biden" to people who hate Biden more than you, here's a banana sticker 🍌)
In closing, from what I've seen from her other short cartoon, she tried to take the p**s out of Bluey and Robert Irwin, arguably some of Australia's and Qld's 2 icons... idk, seems a bit unaustralian to me ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Sorry for the Invasion day post delay, I’ve been chipping away at it between getting home Monday, Work yesterday (along with getting sick, probably from burnout)
So yeah, we braved 38º on Monday, undoubtably higher temperatures crossing the bridge.
We did have one small group of antagonists, that were sent packing.
March for Australia organised (for lack of a better word) down at the Botanical Gardens, had a quick scope and it was honestly nothing to write home about; Google AI suggests Invasion Day numbers were 3K where M4A were at 2K (Participants suggest 15K, I straight up call bulls**t)
Anyone else with a grip on attendees, feel free to elaborate in comments.
Not to turn this into a metaphorical dick measuring contest...
The ginger nut was in attendance, I really have no desire to meet her again xDDD
Travelling light & staying hydrated was a challenge, staying in the shade was impossible on the bridge & a challenge everywhere else.
