His passion for photography was sparked during a family holiday in Mackay in 2010, where he began capturing moments on a simple iPod Touch. That initial curiosity turned into a lasting fascination as he experime

nted with different mobile devices, each photo shaping his evolving perspective. In 2016, Stuart took a significant step by investing in his first camera, a Nikon P900, opening up new possibilities for his craft. He soon discovered a love for nocturnal photography, finding inspiration in the quiet beauty of the night. A turning point came in 2019 when he received a Canon 200D as a birthday gift, further expanding his creative horizons. Now working with a Canon R6 and a range of lenses, Stuart combines artistry with professionalism. Over more than a decade, he’s honed his skills across various genres, always striving to create images that are both honest and captivating. Along the way, he’s learned from fellow photographers and embraced every opportunity to grow.
