New low‑set, shot and ready to launch as soon as the build was finished.⠀

This new build needed photography that showed off the ceiling height, clean lines and premium finishes without over‑complicating things.⠀

Here’s what we focused on:⠀

Angles that show volume, not just floor area – especially in the main living spaces so buyers feel the extra height as they scroll.⠀
A mix of wide and detail shots so the gallery tells the full story: layout first, then finishes and little touches.⠀
Coordinated timing with the agent and builder so we could be on site as soon as the home was ready, and have photos, drone and video back in time for their launch plan.⠀

If you’ve got new stock coming up and want a media partner who can work around build handover dates and still deliver on time, send me a DM with “NEW BUILD” and I’ll let you know what availability looks like over the next few weeks.

Brand new build in Carseldine, captured at twilight.⠀

Two-storey modern design, clean lines, pool, and stunning features.
Shot inside and out with a few drone shots to help the builder showcase the finish and feel of the home, even before it’s furnished.⠀

Not every listing is a showpiece.

For this Strathpine property, the brief was simple: drive as many qualified buyers as possible to the first open.

Result: 28 groups through, 4 offers, sold after the first open home.

For jobs like this we focus on:
• Clean, accurate photos that build trust, not disappointment at the inspection
• Angles that minimise the weakest parts of the home and highlight what does work
• Fast, reliable turnaround so you can launch the campaign while interest is highest

The agent’s review off the back of this one mentioned clear communication, quick turnaround, extra care on site (yes, even blower‑vac’ing paths), and vendors who were genuinely happy with how their home looked online.

If you've got a tougher listing coming up, DM us “VENDOR” and we’ll send you our Vendor‑Ready System we give agents to get homes photo‑ready without endless nagging.

Which sells faster — staged, virtual, or empty?

Staging – High cost but highest emotional impact. Buyers see and feel the space, adds perceived value, hides minor flaws, sets the mood. Strong ROI if budget allows.
Virtual Furniture – Low cost. Fast, flexible, and cost-effective. Makes empty rooms scroll-stopping online and shows function clearly. Great ROI for rentals or budget-sensitive sellers.
Empty – $0. Honest but hard to visualise. Many buyers can’t imagine use or scale — photos lack impact.

Tip: Sell staging first. If budget’s tight, virtual is the next best play.

Tag an agent who’s got a vacant listing right now.

P.S. Here are a couple of stagers we’ve worked with and can genuinely recommend 👇

Styled to feel, not to sell.

We shifted focus from traditional “real estate” framing to an editorial approach — using softer contrast, natural light, and detail moments that show how the space feels to stay in.

Shot and edited to match client-supplied reference images: clean tones, design-led compositions, and subtle warmth throughout. A style departure from our usual brief — and the client was thrilled with the results.

DM us for pricing and availability.

Brick, timber, and light—perfectly balanced.

Shot slightly above bench height to draw depth across the benchtops while keeping verticals true—balance first, distortion never.

Wide angles mapped the kitchen’s open flow under cathedral ceilings, while close-ups carried the tactile contrast—brick, timber, matte black—captured clean and natural in-camera.
