There is such energy and movement within Jan Pooley-Hibber’s landscapes. Using expressive washes of colour and layered mark-making, Jan captures not just the appearance of the Southern Highlands, but its atmosphere - the shifting skies, glowing light and emotional pull of the landscape itself.

Rich reds, deep blues and luminous golds flow across the paper, revealing an artist deeply inspired by colour, space and the drama of nature.
