The Australian wattle (Acacia species) is an iconic flowering tree. Most wattles bloom in spring in summer. However, on the New England Tablelands are species that flower in winter and autumn.

Green sea turtles are incredible creatures and I am so incredibly thankful to have been able to swim with them in the oceans around Hawai'i.
