How do we define being best of friends? Is it when you start dreaming of playing with the same person and whispering their name in your sleep? Or telling your mum about what food they like and don’t like after a day in school? Or when you and your little sister start including them in your prayers every night and thanking God for them? What a coincidence it is to find out you were both born and raised on your first years of lives in the Northern Territory. Truly, life has its way of finding your people.

These two have shared such a deep friendship, showing care, love and thoughtfulness to each other in the last two years whilst they are in child care. They stick together, cheer each other up and think about each other even when they are apart. Their names become household names in each other’s families. Their bond is so strong and admirable. At their young age, they have seen and felt a friendship that is comforting and pure.
