Going back through these felt like opening a time capsule.

We stayed at Sunsets last year for one part of our mini-moon, just after the wedding. Pulled the photos out this week, ran them back through my Master Tools, and the whole stay came rushing back. Ayla was three then. A bit wild looking at these now and thinking about how much has shifted for our little family since.

Sunsets is up there as one of my favourite properties I’ve ever shot and stayed at. The light moves through the space all day and never falls the same way twice. Morning soft on the lounge floor, mid-afternoon stretched across the terrace, that warm window through the sheers in the bedroom shaping the stunning bed, then the sunset pouring in giving a beautiful glow.

There’s something quietly beautiful about watching the women you love become a mother. The patience, the tenderness, the way she makes Ayla feel the most important person in the world, because to Ayla, she is.
I can see why Ayla is such a ray of sunshine, she reflects exactly what she sees in you Leesh.
So proud of you Leesh. Happy Mother’s Day ♥️

“I’ve got another one for you.” That’s five shoots now for these clients.
A 70’s apartment in the Adelaide East. A property like this shows how styling makes a huge difference to make the place feel warm and welcoming for guests. I love getting to shoot places like this where you can feel the attention to detail.
Whenever I walk into a 70’s place with a stucco ceiling it reminds me of the time I tried to paint one with a roller brush. Never again!

Shots edited with my Lightroom Master Tools which are launching VERY soon. Just putting the final touches in.

This one genuinely stopped me when I pulled up.

Shot in Bali last year, I had no idea what to expect from this brief. What I walked into was arches running through every corner, cacti somehow looking completely at home, and a pool that disappears straight into the rice fields.

Some spaces just make your job easy. This was one of them.

Edited with Master Tools. Launching soon.

Would you travel for a brief like this?

Client got in touch, said “We’ve done a few upgrades since our last shoot.” Didn’t really go into detail.
I was not prepared for a pool.
Or a pickleball court.
Or the basketball ring.
Turns out ‘a few upgrades’ can mean a lot of things.

Getting called back by a client who trusts you - that never gets old.

Edited with my Master Tools preset pack launching very soon 😄

Some properties don’t reveal themselves in an afternoon. They take their time.

The Slow Acre was one of them.

My family and I spent a week here as part of the rebrand for this property, photographing and filming the place as it actually is. The light, the colours, the mood of the land. All of it kept shifting and unfolding. And every day something new was worth capturing.
That time is what made these images what they are.
slow.acre is a stunning property at Myponga Beach in the heart of the Fleurieu. Managed by . If you’re looking for a place where the outside world just slips away, this is it.

One year of being married to you Leesha Lang

What a year it’s been. Feel like we packed in 10 years into the last year. With moving to Thailand, staying at my parents place, to now buying a home for us to keep thriving and creating life long memories in.
Celebrating our love and lives we share with our family & friends was the best day I could ever dream of.
Marrying you was the easiest decision I’ve ever made in my life.

Special thanks to our bridal party, all our friends & family who were there on the day and to those who are in our lives who couldn’t be there.

Also to all the amazing vendors, the day would’t have been what it was without you.

Today we picked up the keys 🗝️

This moment has been years in the making.
From saving and sacrificing, to leaning on the support of family, friends and our amazing broker from
So much gratitude for everyone who helped us get here.

For years I’ve photographed other people’s beautiful homes.
Told their stories. Showcased their spaces. Helped bring their visions to life.

Now it’s my turn to do the same for our own.
