بیاییم در زمستان‌های سرد، همدمِ هم باشیم. 🌨️❤️

زمستان سرد برای خانواده‌های نیازمند بسیار دشوار است، وقتی فقر و کمبود مواد غذایی زندگی آنان را تهدید می‌کند.
در چنین روزهایی، کمک و بخشندگی ما می‌تواند گرمای امید را به دل‌های سردشان بازگرداند.
با همدلی و دستگیری، می‌توانیم رنج گرسنگی را کاهش دهیم و زندگی بهتری بسازیم.

The cold winter is very hard for needy families when poverty and lack of food threaten their lives.
In such days, our help and generosity can bring warmth and hope to their cold hearts.
Through compassion and support, we can reduce hunger and build a better life.

کمبود آب باعث می‌شود مردم برای نیازهای روزانه دچار مشکل شوند.
بسیاری خانواده‌ها مجبور اند آب را از فاصله‌های دور بیاورند.
این وضعیت زندگی و صحت مردم را به خطر می‌اندازد.

Water shortage causes people to face problems in their daily needs.
Many families are forced to bring water from long distances.
This situation puts people’s lives and health at risk.

اقتصاد مردم ولایت بامیان به‌شدت وابسته به زراعت و دامداری است و کمبود آب بر معیشت آنان تأثیر منفی گذاشته است.
در سال‌های اخیر خشک‌سالی و کاهش منابع آبی، زندگی روزمره و فعالیت‌های کشاورزی مردم را با مشکلات جدی روبه‌رو کرده است.
برای کاهش این مشکلات، در چندین قریهٔ این ولایت چاه‌های آب حفر کردیم تا دسترسی مردم به آب آشامیدنی بهبود یابد.

The economy of the people in Bamyan province is highly dependent on agriculture and livestock, and water shortages have negatively affected their livelihoods.
In recent years, drought and the decline of water resources have caused serious difficulties in daily life and farming activities.
To reduce these problems, we dug water wells in several villages of this province to improve people’s access to drinking water.

در افغانستان کمبود آب پاک یکی از جدی‌ترین چالش‌ها برای خانواده‌ها، به‌ویژه کودکان است.
بسیاری از کودکان به دلیل نوشیدن آب آلوده به بیماری‌هایی مانند اسهال، کم‌خونی و سوءتغذیه مبتلا می‌شوند.
در برخی مناطق، کودکان مجبورند کیلومترها راه را برای آوردن آب طی کنند و همین باعث می‌شود از درس و بازی باز بمانند.
نبود سیستم‌های تصفیه، زیرساخت‌های ضعیف و خشک‌سالی‌های پی‌درپی، آیندهٔ صحی و آموزشی کودکان افغانستان را با تهدید جدی روبه‌رو کرده است.

In Afghanistan, the shortage of clean drinking water is one of the most serious challenges for families, especially children.
Many children suffer from illnesses such as diarrhea, anemia, and malnutrition due to drinking contaminated water.
In some areas, children have to walk long distances to fetch water, which keeps them away from school and play.
The lack of filtration systems, poor infrastructure, and recurring droughts pose a serious threat to the health and future education of Afghan children.

زمستان که می‌رسد، نفس سردش بر در و دیوار خانه‌های بی‌بضاعت سایه می‌افگند.
در همین روزهای دشوار است که دست‌گیری و یاری، معنای واقعی انسانیت را زنده می‌سازد.
یک لباس گرم، یک لبخند یا حتی یک دیدار مهربانانه می‌تواند دل‌های یخ‌زده را دوباره گرم کند.
بیایید در این فصل سرد، گرمای محبت‌ خود را با نیازمندان شریک سازیم تا زمستان برای‌شان کمی روشن‌تر بگذرد.

When winter arrives, its cold breath casts a shadow over the homes of those with limited means.
It is in these difficult days that helping others revives the true meaning of humanity.
A warm coat, a smile, or even a kind visit can melt frozen hearts.
Let us share the warmth of our compassion with those in need so their winter may pass a little brighter.

این روزها هوا سرد شده و زندگی برای مردم در بسیاری از مناطق دشوارتر گشته است. در کنار سرمای شدید، کمبود آب پاک نیز مشکلات زیادی ایجاد کرده و سلامت خانواده‌ها را تهدید می‌کند. تغییرات اقلیمی باعث شده هم خشک‌سالی‌ها بیشتر شود و هم فصل‌های سرد سخت‌تر بگذرد. با مدیریت درست منابع و استفادهٔ مسئولانه می‌توان از شدت این وضعیت کاست و آینده‌ای بهتر ساخت.

These days the weather has become cold, making life more difficult for people in many areas. Along with the harsh cold, the lack of clean water creates serious problems and threatens families’ health. Climate change has intensified droughts while also making the cold seasons harsher. With proper resource management and responsible use, we can ease these conditions and build a better future.
